Any modifications to the product or misuse automatically voids the entire manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty is (90) days on products/parts and (30) days on all labor.

Our software, firmware license is FOR USE WITH THE PURCHASED PRODUCT ONLY. REPRODUCTION EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED. Please refer to our SW license agreement. Multi-user, or site license available separately.

All sales are final. No chargebacks accepted, except ONLY WARRANTY covered returns accepted only with our PRE-APPROVED RMA #.

Warranty units may be repaired or replaced with equivalents at our discretion.

ALL return merchandise shall be in the original shipping box with ALL accessories returned in good condition.

A restocking, processing charge of 10% of the PO value applies for any PO changes, credit card charge-backs etc.

ANY ORDER CANCELLATION or CHANGES AFTER RECEIPT OF P.O. AND BEFORE SHIPMENT shall incur a 35% of P.O. cancellation charge. To be invoiced or charged automatically to the credit card number.

For credit card sales, the billing and cardholder address MUST BE SAME. ONLY the cardholder can sign the on-line, Internet or faxed-in P.O.s. Ship-to address can be different. Faxed PO originals to be mailed within 48 hours.

All overseas shipments shall be either PRE-PAY with cashier check or wire transfer or irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) to SENTINEL ID SYSTEMS Inc.

ALL overseas shipment have a flat $75 charge for “Customs document processing and special handling”, in addition to the “Freight & Insurance” charges AND ALL applicable taxes. Prices are FOB Plano headquarters.

Technical support is LIMITED to only the PRODUCTS, SERVICES PURCHASED.

Additional tech support charged at $150 per hour or $2.79 per minute on our 1-900 number

SENTINEL IS NOT LIABLE for ANY direct or implied losses incurred due to any shipping delays, product abuse, technical misintepretations,OEM or third-party defective products, patent infringements, customer modifications, ormisuse of products and your negligence etc.
